Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metro Area exists to empower all youth, teens, families and staff to reach their full potential. We believe in the right for individuals and communities to have equitable access and opportunity to participate and succeed in all organizations and workplaces, particularly our own. We are committed to undoing patterns of injustice in a deliberate and targeted manner, with a particular focus on ethnicity and race. By holding an equitable and inclusive culture, we are best able to execute on a vision that removes systemic barriers and creates pathways to success for our whole community.
