Terry Johnson

Chief Executive Officer

Terry Johnson is a proud former Club Kid who became our CEO in 2020. He has over 20 years of leadership experience in the non-profit sector, from direct service to administrative leadership. Before joining BGCP, Terry served as Executive Director for two nonprofits in the youth development industry. As someone who once walked through Club doors every day during his formative years growing up in Texas, Terry now works to ensure that young people across the Portland Metro area have the same opportunity to discover their full potential, dream bigger, and build futures filled with possibility.
