Youth Force connects teens to first jobs and industry-focused internships, while giving them the skills and support they need to thrive as future innovators and career leaders. Through a blend of mentoring, skill-building workshops, and hands-on work experience, Youth Force helps teens build confidence, develop essential skills, and unlock their full potential to become leaders in whatever career pathways they might choose.
With this program, we partner with Open School and Rosemary Anderson/POIC to prepare their students for life after high school. Through workshops on job readiness, college preparation, and financial education, students gain practical skills like resume writing, interview techniques, and navigating the college application and scholarship process. Guest speakers from diverse career fields provide inspiration and guidance, while incentives for participation keep students motivated. Youth Force University equips young people with the tools and confidence they need to succeed in college, career and beyond.
