This is how we ensure our Club Members are Future Ready, which means they’re ready for life, and they’re ready for their future careers by the time they graduate high school.
Through hands-on and project-based programs, we introduce youth to exciting pathways in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math) careers. From coding and robotics to AKA Science and Future Film Makers, our Clubs offer youth and teens engaging activities that spark curiosity, foster creativity, and build critical skills, so they can become innovators, engineers, artists, and change makers.

Access to team sports and active play is about building healthy lifestyles, leadership skills, and the confidence needed to succeed in life, school, and future careers. We know that fees and equipment costs put participation out of reach for many families. We provide these opportunities for free through a variety of Sport & Play opportunities, and we’re committed to breaking down barriers to participation and creating inclusive spaces for active play.

Financial education is a critical part of helping youth and teens succeed with learning how to manage money, so they can thrive in life, school, and any career they choose. Through experiential, project-based learning, Club Members don’t just learn about how money works in theory – they get to apply the concepts they’re learning in real-life situations as well. Programs and initiatives like Financial Beginnings, Future Ready Accounts, and Lemonade Day teach practical skills like budgeting, saving, goal-setting, entrepreneurship and business management.

Every young person deserves the opportunity to dream big and see what’s possible for their future. We give Club Members the chance to discover real-world career pathways, engage in meaningful experiences, and prepare for life beyond high school. From an early age, we take them on field trips to visit companies and learn about careers across a range of industries. We provide college campus tours, where Club Members learn about degree programs that align with the careers they’ve explored. And at the high school level, we connect them with real-world job experiences, so they can earn money, build their résumés, gain hands-on skills, and begin charting a path toward college, technical training, or the workforce.

Our Youth Force program connects Club teens to first-time jobs in guest services and industry focused internships in a variety of career pathways such as veterinary medicine, healthcare administration, technology, shoe and apparel design, digital media, digital broadcasting, sports management and others, and build the hard and soft skills they need to pursue careers in these industries. Youth Force gives Club teens the tools, exposure, and confidence they need to take charge of their futures one opportunity at a time.

We make sure every young person has access to healthy snacks and nutritious meals during the school year and summer. No one goes hungry when they come to our Clubs, and the food is delicious AND nourishing. By providing consistent access to fresh healthy meals, we help our Club Members stay energized and focused, so they can learn, play and grow with confidence. Nutrition is more than food; it’s a foundation for academic success, physical well-being, and lifelong healthy habits.
Young people can’t focus on their futures, if their current realities are not stable. Our Clubs are safe, inclusive and trauma-informed environments where our Members are empowered to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically. When we have Club families in need of additional support, our YFS team helps them access food, housing, counseling and other essential needs to help increase their well-being and self-sufficiency.

Stronger communities are built together. That’s why we collaborate with local community-based organizations to amplify our impact and ensure that our buildings function as vibrant hubs for community connection and support. . We open up our 5 Clubhouses and 125,000 square feet of total space to over 20 community-based organizations each year, so they can serve youth and families in our buildings, extending our reach and driving collective impact in the community.
