Tis the season of giving in Portland, and local organizations are showing their support for our communities! Our media partners at Fox 12 Oregon teamed up with Les Schwab Tire Center this fall to collect toys that benefit Boys & Girls Clubs, along with a number of other local nonprofit organizations, helping our members and families make the most of this holiday season. Thousands upon thousands of gifts and toys collected in big yellow bags will be given to families in need across the Portland area. We are immensely thankful for the kindness of our partners, and for the incredible outpouring of generosity from our communities and their heartfelt support for local children and their families!

Gifts will be distributed to youth at our 10 Club locations in the Portland Metro, from North Clackamas to Gresham and Hillsboro, in order to make their holiday season brighter and lighten the gift buying load on families in need. Kids from all over the Portland area will receive awesome presents that not only give them joy but show them that they are supported by countless individuals in their communities.

This support will bring smiles to the faces of countless kids around Portland and we are extremely grateful for Fox 12 Oregon and Les Schwabs’ service. This support helps financially strapped families provide a truly special holiday season for their loved ones! And isn’t that what this time of year is all about?
